Deposits

A minimum $500 deposit is required to hold your seat unless paying in full.

Due to our obligations to our vendors and venues, deposits are not refundable in the case of cancellation, but may be credited toward any Shasta Vortex Adventures offerings or future retreats.

In the anticipated event that we sell out and a guest from the waiting list can fill your spot, we will be happy to refund your payment in full.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made up to 30 days before the start of the retreat will be refundable, less the $500 deposit.

Any cancellation made within 15 days of the retreat will result in a total loss of funds. However 50% of the retreat cost can be applied toward a future retreat within two years of original retreat date.
