Wildflower
Hikes and Waterfall Tours
Wildflower
Tours: We'll go to some of the same places
mentioned above, focusing on the most abundant wildflowers of the season.
This is definitely a low impact trip, since exploring the depth of a
wildflower's beauty includes sitting down next to the flower to experience
its full essence. You may also learn about local herbs and their uses
and, if you're lucky, see a fairy or two. For true wildflower lovers,
there's nothing like a brilliantly colored wildflower to enliven your
day!
Waterfall
Tours: Water is the lifeblood of the
planet. It has a incredibly soothing and healing affect on us, especially
when we use our intention to have the water wash our cares downstream.
The many waterfalls in the area can do that quite nicely.
Sacred
Springs Tours
Everything in nature has a symbolic meaning. Natural springs represent connecting
to one's Source. When approaching the site following one's own spiritual preparation
and intention, these places have the ability to bring forth deep healing and
understanding...the extent of which is really up to each person.
"Written in the natural elements
of these sacred sites are stories that can be accessed (sometimes called
The Book of Nature) to enhance one's inner awareness. Through the process
of meditation and sacred communion with the Earth, each individual has
an opportunity to access the powerful healing energies of the site for
personal and planetary healing and empowerment."
Sacred
Site Treks

to focus more on Mount Shasta';s world-renowned sacred mountain status,

spiritual energy of the mountain. These are low to medium impact half
or full day journeys designed specifically for you or your group at
beautiful, serene, awe inspiring sacred sites in the Mt. Shasta area.

Earth
High Holiday Celebrations: High
Holidays occur eight times a year - every 45 days - for observing the
ongoing cycles of The Earth Mother. Celebrating these events with conscious
intent brings blessings, not only for us personally but for all living
things in nature and helps us realign ourselves to the rhythms of nature.
These are times to renew ancient rememberings that we are no greater
than the trees, the birds or the gentle deer.
See our Calendar of Events for descriptions.
