Ashalyn and friends are building a Health Resort in Mt. Shasta, California called Ascension Heights. Ashalyn has been holding this vision within her heart for several years and patiently working toward its eventual physical manifestation . Many have received a similar vision and are now coming together in Mt. Shasta to combine their individual expertise in this regard. Ashalyn calls them Foundation Builders. Click to view their bios. PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Mount Shasta Region has been a destination for relaxation and rejuvenation since the late 1800's with its pristine glacial waters, natural mineral springs, pure mountain air and unsurpassed alpine scenery. Mount Shasta, at 14,612 feet elevation, is internationally recognized as a sacred energy vortex. It attracts thousands of people year-round for personal and group retreats and workshops, spiritual pilgrimages, vision quests, healing and such. The many indigenous Native Americans that once lived around the mountain have always considered Mount Shasta to be sacred ground, especially above tree line. Even today, they continue their sacred ceremonies there.

The human potential on this planet is exceedingly vast and is far from being fully realized. Our project, the creation of Ascension Heights Health Resort is one of integration and cooperation...a merging of joint vision and purpose to educate, empower and enlighten humanity to expand upon this vast potential for the betterment of the whole world. We embrace diversity and wish to encourage unconditional love, understanding and compassion.

Ascension Heights Health Resort looks forward to being a socially responsible business on the leading edge of the health, awareness and spiritual transformation industries. We will offer conferences, classes and workshops for personal growth and awareness, ceremonies, celebrations, a wide variety of transformational alternative health treatments, sauna, jacuzzi, watsu pool, organic natural foods in the dining hall, and absolutely beautiful, gardens, streams, waterfalls, pools, bridges, stone walkways, a labyrinth, and sacred vortex areas on the property for ceremony, healing and meditation.

The Temple of Light will honor and welcome all spiritual traditions - with the goal of assisting humanity to remember that We Are All One. Each tradition will be invited to display their spiritual icons, books and photos, creating a living museum of spiritual traditions, from ancient to present times.

The Center staff will consistently offer the expertise and support structure needed by people making major life-shifting changes, paying attention to detail in every area. Our principals and goals will always be ecologically sound and compatible with our beloved Mount Shasta region and the whole world. We will also work in conjunction with the existing elementals and Earth energies, as they too, are a significant part of our community.

The creation of The Center will allow those involved to combine our innovative ideas and decades of expertise in the alternative health, wellness and spiritual growth and awareness fields as we work together to make our dreams of a consciously healthy, loving, respectful and creative society a living reality. Creating The Center is like the planting of a seed that will produce very powerful, long-lasting positive results for future generations.
